Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Deane Mediation treats information: (a) from users (each, a “User”) of the website (“Site”) and (b) from enquirers and clients who communicate with Deane Mediation via the Enquiry Form on this site, or by other means.

• This website uses only “Essential Cookies” that are essential for the operation of the website.
• We will NOT collect via this website any personal data or data related to a specific mediation.
• Our website may contain links to other websites that are not maintained by us. If you follow a link to another website, please keep in mind that other websites will have their own privacy policies and content which we are not responsible for. • On visiting this site you will be provided the option to accept or refuse the limited use of essential cookies on this site. You have the ability to change your preferences at any time.

Client and Mediation Data collected by Deane Mediation

Any client data and data required for a mediation will NOT be collected from this website but will be exchanged between us directly via an agreed, secure transmission route, once you have established contact via the Enquiry form or the methods listed in “Contacts”.  Such data will then be held securely, for a limited period as defined in the relevant Mediation Agreement, in a separate GDPR-compliant system by Complex Transaction Services Ltd, under which John Deane is a Data Controller registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Changes to this privacy policy

Deane Mediation has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about site practice.
